NEP will only collect email addresses from people who make requests through the NEP web site. These addresses are added to mailing lists that circulate NEP reports. As part of this subscription procedure, users may optionally give NEP, in conjunction with an email, their first name and last name. NEP does not and will not distribute neither persons’ names nor email addresses to any third party.

NEP follows changes of users addresses through the RePEc Author Service (RAS). That is, when users change their address on RAS, NEP may perform the same address change.

NEP report editors have access to the mailing lists that circulate their respective reports. Editors can manage subscriptions on the behalf of existing users of NEP.
